 The staff at Thunder Ridge would just like to say "THANKS" for
making the 2006 and 2007 season a successful one. Now as
we are looking into the 2008 season we are very excited about another action packed
year.
Whether it be chasing an ole gobbler in a creek bottom or to the majestic white tail on a
cold frosty morning, Muhlenberg County is home of some of the finest Pope & Young and Boone and Crocket Deer. We have more than 5,000 acres
of a variety of land to accommodate any hunter. To creek bottoms, ridges,
crop fields, and thickets. We have them all!
We offer bow, rifle, muzzleloaders, and crossbow hunts. We
want everyone to know that we only offer 8 rifle hunts per year.
Our goal is to keep our P&Y deer population plentiful to ensure
quality hunting for all our visitors.
We have two separate fully furnished lodges that can sleep 4
people each. We only book 6 people at one time so we are never
overcrowded. We also offer your hunts to be on video. Filming is
done with either a Sony PD170 or a Canon GL2. Both cameras offer high
quality DVD's. There is no extra charge for this as we put
together an awesome DVD at the end of each season.
